Children moving, banks, mortgages and stress.....

We have had a most stressful week. Matt and his family have sold their home in Barrie and bought a lovely cottage in Dunsford. The mortgage broker, hereinafter referred to as "pond scum," screwed up royally. Just when they thought everything was taken care of, said, "pond scum" told them the mortgage was denied. Various reasons were given, none acceptable. After tearing a strip off said PS, Matt was given options. They were not user friendly, but perhaps viable. PS went to Andrea's place of business, where he demanded to speak with her boss about her hours and pay. When Andrea came out to talk to him, he insisted they go to the bank immediately to straighten it out. They did. He went in front of her, threw his keys on the counter and demanded the information he seemed to need. The teller asked Andrea if all was well, and she told her that, if needed, the bank knew who she was talking to, etc...! Then, PS went to Tim Horton's with Andrea to sign papers and berated her loudly the whole time.
This man has browbeaten my family ever since last Thursday when, through his own lax practices, he found out the mortgage he thought was approved had fallen through the cracks. He has verbally assaulted my son and daughter in law. He has made demands which are fraudulent. I am waiting only for the house to close before I blow PS out of the water. I can only hope to afford the lawyer. This should not happen to decent, hard-working people. They should not be at the mercy of such garbage.
More tomorrow.
