Two things:
1) We saw a bald eagle in flight the other day! It was so very beautiful and solitary. Just swooping in and out of the valley by a small lake. I have always wanted to fly like a bird. Made me envious.
2) To those of you who asked, a Kobo is a different kind of Kindle. Kindle is not compatible with the Canadian Library Download Centre, but Kobo, which is sold through Chapters/Indigo (Canadian Amazon), gets me all the reading material from the library I want... free! As most of you know, I am seldom seen without a book, and my Kobo Arc is also a tablet, so Netflix, YouTube etc... are also on there. I can read my mail, interact on Facebook (or not!) and listen to music. It is very versatile and I absolutely don't go anywhere without it. Sitting in the doctor's office without it would be torture! I can even enter "shops" and the boss' orders on it, on the fly. Very handy gadget.
My friend Linda told me there was blue sky and sun in Chattanooga. Sigh... it is snowing here, again. Apparently, Spring is still a long way off.
Thanks for explaining the KOBO. My Kindle Fire does all that too, and I never leave home without mine....stay warm with all that snow around....it is chilly but still sunny.
