Some days, you're the woodpecker; some days, you're the boat!
How is your day going? So far, mine has been just fine, thank you. Lots of work to do, not bad weather and the promise of a visit to city grandchildren tomorrow! Woo Hoo! Oh, and there is a bud on my clematis... does it get any better?
My brother in law and his wife were here on Monday on their way home and took us out for lunch. We had a wonderful, happy time together, as usual. And, if you are ever in Bracebridge, stop for a bite at Fine Thymes Bistro. Their French Onion Soup is to die for.
I had coffee and great nibblies and even better conversation on a friend's screened porch the other day. It was lovely to just sit with a friend. The dog ended it for me when I heard her barking all the way up at said friend's house, so I ran home to find the dog at the kitchen window, barking at the neighbour's cat! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I have placed a for sale ad on Kijiji for our camper. So far, the only call I got was from some scammer! Sigh.

Well, I can tell from this post, that is well with my friend in Canada. Wish it were that way in Tennessee. Jim is having another procedure this coming Wed., on his back,, and we are both struggling to stay alive and take care of each other. We are doing quite a bit of babysitting since school is out and that really takes a toll on me...not so much Jim, as he sits in his chair and gives out the orders. grrrrrr
