A friend gave me this plant just before she and her husband left for Florida in November. She told me it would die off eventually, and it did. I "parked" it, pot and all, in the guest room by the window and completely ignored it for weeks.
I was cleaning in there the other day and about to throw out "the plant," when I noticed it was blossoming! I quickly gave it an ice cube (its preferred method of feeding, I am told) and have been rewarded with new blooms ever since.
Can Spring be far behind?
